Program Focus
This group's primary focus is on-ice skill development.  Players who sign up for this group are playing minor hockey at either the A1,A2, or A3 level.  All of these students will take our introductory course in high performance nutrition, strength training principles, sports injury management, mental training, and ergogenic aids / supplements.  Our off-ice training sessions will focus primarily on core strength development.  Through our qualified BCRPA certified instructors and our off-ice coaching staff, we will ensure that these students are given the proper technique for lifting workouts, and will experience strength development.  Please note that during the first semester, we aim to have this group skate twice per week.  In the second semester, this development group skates three times per week.
